Fuel Nozzle

One of several jets used to inject fuel in the combustion section of a gas turbine. They are designed to encourage mixing of the fuel and compressed air. Fuel nozzles may be simplex type, for delivering gaseous fuel or liquid fuel, or they may be designed to be dual fuel, for delivering gas or liquid at different times in the operation.
