Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

A hardware and software system used to track work orders, equipment histories, and preventive/predictive maintenance schedules; usually integrated with support systems such as inventory control, purchasing, accounting, and manufacturing; and a computerized system to track, monitor, measure, and control maintenance and warehouse activities.
