I,  Internal Combustion Engine

Intake Manifold (Engine)

The part of an engine that evenly distributes the flow of the air/fuel mixture (or just air in a direct injection engine) to the intake port of each cylinder head. Even flow distribution of the combustion mixture (or combustion air) is vital to optimize engine efficiency and performance.

Also known as Inlet Manifold.
