Reaction Steam Turbine

The steam turbine with rotor blades arranged to form convergent nozzles that look like propeller blades. Many reaction steam turbines use impulse shapes at the bottom of the blade and reaction at the top. This type of turbine creates torque by using the reaction force produced as the steam accelerates through the nozzles formed by the rotating blades.
